Who we are

Positive Impact Employment Services is an organization of professional facilitators and job coaches, dedicated to helping people achieve their career and personal aspirations. We facilitate dynamic, interactive workshops and offer one to one Job Coaching and Development sessions. We believe in setting each individual up for success; assisting with goal development and identifying the steps needed to achieve those goals. We offer support and encouragement and celebrate and honour every milestone achieved.  We foster independent growth and continued learning and we love what we do!

Our Philosophy

"Four short words sum up what has lifted most successful individuals above the crowd: a little bit more. They did all that was expected of them and a little bit more."

~A. Lou Vickery~

If you have a workshop idea and don’t see it here, we will work with you to develop a training program that fits your company needs and participant learning requirements.
